Telecaller – Real Estate Sales Support

About the role

Aurezza Living, a real‑estate firm based in Newtown, Kolkata, is seeking a confident Telecaller to support its sales pipeline. You will engage prospective buyers over the phone, capture their property preferences, and arrange site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and outbound leads to understand their real‑estate requirements.
• Schedule property site visits and confirm appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales executives to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a real‑estate or call‑center environment.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi and English with strong verbal communication.
• Target‑driven, serious, dedicated and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Effective telephone communication in Bengali, Hindi and English.
• Ability to persuade and build rapport with potential clients.
