Telecaller – Real Estate

About the role

The Telecaller position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Jaipur. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling both outbound calls and inbound inquiries about the company’s residential and commercial property offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and respond to inbound client inquiries.
• Provide basic property details and answer questions in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate call records and update client information in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads to support conversions.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues to align call activities with ongoing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication with a clear, professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry and use of CRM or call‑tracking tools.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize tasks and follow structured scripts.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfort working on‑site in Jaipur and collaborating with local teams.
• Minimum high school diploma; prior telecalling or sales experience, especially in real estate, is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about real‑estate products, local market trends and company processes.
