Telecaller – Payday Loan

About the role

We are expanding our team at Rupay91 and are looking for experienced Telecallers to join our Payday Loan division. The role is ideal for candidates with strong customer‑calling experience in the lending sector who can guide borrowers through the loan onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to coordinate loan processing and collect required documentation.
• Explain product details, documentation requirements and onboarding steps to customers.
• Guide borrowers through the end‑to‑end loan application journey.
• Address customer queries promptly and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer calling, preferably within the loan or lending industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with borrowers.
• Comfortable handling high outbound call volumes in a target‑driven environment.
• Prior experience in Payday Loan, Short‑Term Loan or Instant Loan sectors is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work from the office in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
