Telecaller – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting the company's products and services, and generating sales leads. This role can be performed from a call centre environment or remotely, depending on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present the company's offerings.
• Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales leads.
• Update and manage the customer database on a regular basis.
• Achieve sales targets set by the organisation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sale customer support and resolve queries.

Required profile

• Any degree qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive, confident and able to handle rejection.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organisational and time‑management competence.
• Familiarity with real‑estate market trends is a plus.
