Telecaller – Outbound Sales & Customer Support

About the role

The Telecaller role at Boomaa Consultants is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Coimbatore. You will engage with prospective and existing clients by making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting recruitment and HR projects through clear and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain services and gather information.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, professional information.
• Maintain accurate call records and update databases or CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments or interviews, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve daily call and conversion targets while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional telephone manner with empathy and patience.
• Ability to handle objections and address client concerns effectively.
• Good time‑management and organizational abilities to manage high call volumes.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on meeting targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Coimbatore.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
