Telecaller (Outbound & Inbound)

About the role

DreamWorth Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Telecaller to join its Vile Parle office. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls, presenting the company’s digital services, and gathering client requirements. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to schedule demos and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and receive inbound inquiries.
• Provide clear information about web development, SEO, online marketing, mobile apps and related services.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM or internal databases.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings or product demonstrations, and coordinate with sales and technical staff.
• Handle basic client queries, deliver courteous support, and relay feedback to improve service quality.
• Achieve defined call volume and conversion targets while adhering to scripts and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and local languages with polite telephone etiquette.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively and manage objections professionally.
• Basic understanding of IT and digital services or a willingness to learn.
• Organizational attention to detail and comfort working in a target‑driven environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and teamwork orientation.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent; a graduate degree is a plus.
