Telecaller – Outbound Call Specialist

About the role

Reliable Investigation Services is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join its Bhubaneswar office. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and supporting the background verification process for candidates and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls and receive inbound calls.
• Contact candidates/customers to collect and verify required information.
• Explain the verification process and address basic queries.
• Follow up with candidates to obtain pending documents or information.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely case closure.
• Achieve daily calling targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate (freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Odia.
• Ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
