Telecaller – Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to join our team in Tolichowki. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into satisfied clients for our immigration services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain immigration‑related services.
• Handle incoming enquiries, providing accurate information about available services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, followed by diligent follow‑up.
• Convert qualified leads into customers by clearly presenting service features, processes, requirements, and charges.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and conversions.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Address basic customer queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for further processing.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales and conversion targets.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable immigration service options.
