Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role involves handling inbound enquiries, making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and converting conversations into qualified leads and appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer requirements, address concerns, and explain our services, offers, and processes.
• Generate, qualify, and regularly follow up on leads.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/clinic team for conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and appointments.
• Handle objections confidently and build positive customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
• Confident, pleasant personality with good listening skills.
• Target‑oriented, motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking.
