Telecaller

About the role

Voyatrix Leisure is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Telecaller to join its team in Saraswati Vihar. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, introducing travelers to the company’s travel services, explaining packages, and responding to inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to promote travel packages.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the system.
• Schedule follow‑ups and share information about offers, itineraries, and booking processes.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth bookings.
• Address basic customer concerns and provide a professional experience on every call.
• Meet daily calling targets and adhere to communication guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and clear telephone etiquette.
• Customer‑service skills such as active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving.
• Basic computer proficiency for call logs, CRM tools, email, and messaging applications.
• Sales and persuasion abilities to present packages and handle objections.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to manage high call volumes and follow‑up schedules.
• Prior experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or in travel/hospitality is an advantage.
• Comfort working on‑site in Saraswati Vihar and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree is preferred but not mandatory.
