About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products, and generating leads for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve sales strategies.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Good communication skills in English and basic proficiency in the local language.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets.
