Telecaller Internship – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our event management team on a 2‑month internship. The role involves making outbound calls, coordinating with vendors and guests, and assisting with various operational tasks to ensure smooth event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, guests and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, accommodation arrangements and follow up on confirmations.
• Verify and maintain required documentation for events.
• Register vendors and keep vendor records up to date.
• Handle event invitations, confirmations and related follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings and follow‑ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS.
• Assist the event operations team with administrative and coordination activities.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, event coordination, hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
