Telecaller / Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller/Inside Sales Representative to boost lead generation and support our sales pipeline. You will combine research, outbound calling, email outreach, and coordination to identify and qualify prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective leads, introduce our offerings and gauge interest.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
• Support email campaigns and follow‑up communications as part of the outreach strategy.
• Research, update, and maintain a robust lead database with accurate contact information.
• Track call outcomes, lead status, and notes in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach messaging and strategy.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Organised, target‑driven and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; marketing or customer‑service background is a plus.
