Telecaller – Inbound & Outbound Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team at Globexpo Worldwide LLP in Mayur Vihar. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote our custom booth designing and stand building services to prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and introduce our exhibition solutions.
• Answer inbound calls, respond to basic client queries, and provide information about services.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status in the company’s CRM system.
• Share call feedback and client information with the sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages with clear telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑tracking tools.
• Customer‑service mindset, patience, and active listening.
• Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mayur Vihar and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
