Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound)

About the role

VGM Consultants Limited is seeking a full‑time Telecaller to join its Kochi call‑center hub. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, supporting loan collections, recovery follow‑ups, and business sourcing activities while ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls following scripted guidelines.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM in real time.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets related to collections, recovery, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide feedback on call trends and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English and proficiency in the local language.
• High school diploma minimum; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, collections, or sales preferred.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kochi with flexible shift timings.
