Telecaller Executive – Software Sales

About the role

Elixir Softwares is seeking a confident Telecaller Executive to join its Thalassery office. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing our software solutions, understanding their needs, and creating sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and customers.
• Introduce and explain the company’s software products and solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and potential sales opportunities.
• Generate interest, nurture leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Close leads according to targets set by management.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with interested prospects.
• Schedule software demonstrations or meetings with sales or technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead responses, and follow‑up status.
• Update lead information and sales progress in the designated system or database.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for product demonstrations and further discussions.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong convincing and customer interaction abilities.
• Interest in software sales and technology products.
• Good follow‑up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
