About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and lead qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone interactions.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow‑ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when required.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
