About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to join our team in Tollygunge, Kolkata. You will be the voice of our digital marketing services, handling both inbound and outbound calls to nurture leads and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound national and international calls.
- Promote Digital Piloto’s digital marketing services and pitch tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads, convert prospects into customers, and handle objections professionally.
- Coordinate client meetings together with other team members.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow‑ups, and update information in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO, telesales, or international calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive personality with a marketing and sales‑oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
