About the role
Pace Travels is looking for a full‑time Telecaller to join its Belagavi office. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with flight, hotel, holiday package and transportation bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate travel information.
- Confirm reservations, update customer details and resolve queries promptly.
- Maintain detailed call records and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Promote relevant offers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving ability.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using online booking platforms.
- Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks.
- Minimum high school diploma; travel‑related certifications are a plus.
Required skills
