Telecaller – Customer Outreach for Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

TheWireMonster is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join its team in Mohali. This full‑time position involves both on‑site and remote work, focusing on outbound and inbound calls to promote the agency’s digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Introduce company services, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments or demos.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing and sales teams.
• Share feedback from calls with internal teams to support campaign execution.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a professional, customer‑centric approach.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong listening skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle call volumes.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales support is beneficial but not mandatory.
