Telecaller / BPO Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing matchmaking platform as a Telecaller/BPO Executive. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, promoting services and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to share details about our services.
• Direct qualified prospects to the field sales team when required.
• Accurately update and maintain customer information in the database.
• Process customer orders with precision.
• Handle queries and grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
• Strive to meet sales targets and contribute to future growth.
• Maintain clear records of calls, sales, and valuable customer insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in customer service/sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, CRM software, and telephone operations.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain products/services to prospects.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
