Tele Sales Specialist – Villa Reservations

About the role

The Greendoor Villa is seeking a Tele Sales Specialist to manage inbound reservation calls and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will be the primary voice for prospective guests, delivering a boutique, guest‑first experience while driving revenue for our luxury villa portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls related to villa bookings, inquiries, and follow‑ups.
• Convert leads into confirmed reservations through consultative selling and effective negotiation.
• Build rapport quickly with prospective guests and understand their stay requirements.
• Upsell and cross‑sell villa packages, add‑ons, and premium experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in our CRM/booking system.
• Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Meet and exceed monthly booking and revenue targets.
• Adapt quickly to seasonal demand shifts, last‑minute changes, and evolving processes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or phone‑based customer conversion roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, unstructured startup environment.
• High adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and target‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with reservation/CRM tools such as Hostaway or similar platforms.
