Tele Sales Executive – Solar Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Tele Sales Executive to promote Greentek’s solar solutions. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, understand their energy needs, and guide them towards suitable solar products.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for solar rooftops, water heaters, and panels.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and promotional offers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Follow up leads via phone and WhatsApp, maintaining regular contact until closure.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads and sales conversions.
• Record customer interactions and lead data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for site visits, quotations and installations.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and provide after‑sales support.
• Prepare daily call and sales performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Telugu with strong communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow‑up consistently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM tools for lead management.
