Tele Pharmacist

About the role
We are looking for a Tele Pharmacist to join our digital health team. In this remote position you will support patients by reviewing prescriptions, digitising medication records and answering health‑related queries through our online platform.
Key responsibilities
- Digitise medicines and maintain accurate electronic medication records.
- Review and process prescription orders received via the tele‑health system.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, providing clear medication guidance.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Good understanding of pharmacy processes, tasks and responsibilities.
