About the role
The Tele Calling Executive will work in the call centre of the AHTU PMU, operating from the Women Safety Wing premises in Hyderabad. The role focuses on outbound voice calls to gather data, provide support to field teams, and follow up on compensation claims related to child trafficking rescue operations.
Key responsibilities
- Capture data on rescues, awareness activities, and other AHTU initiatives across the state.
- Follow up on the status of compensation claim filings.
- Create support tickets for field teams engaged in child rescue operations.
- Conduct outbound calls and accurately fill data into online platforms.
Required profile
- Any graduate with at least 2 years of experience in a domestic or international call centre voice process.
- Age less than 45 years at the time of application.
- Fluent in Telugu; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
Required skills
- Call centre voice process skills including call control, query management, probing, and etiquette.
- Keyboard proficiency of at least 40 WPM with 100% accuracy.
- Basic computer skills: printing, file management, Excel basics, PowerPoint basics.
What we offer
- Gross remuneration up to ₹25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Fixed‑term engagement of 1 year, co‑terminus with the project, with annual performance appraisals.
