Tele Calling Executive

About the role

The Tele Calling Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kolkata. You will engage with prospective students and their parents through outbound and inbound calls, providing guidance on overseas education options, training programmes, admission processes and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective students and parents.
• Explain course details, fees, documentation requirements and admission procedures clearly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate call logs and student records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate counseling sessions with academic advisors.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while upholding Advent Education’s student‑centric communication standards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and proficiency in the local language.
• Strong customer service and counseling abilities to handle student queries and build rapport.
• Basic computer literacy for managing databases and preparing simple reports.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes.
• Problem‑solving and objection‑handling capabilities.
• Prior experience in tele‑calling, education counseling, or a similar customer‑facing role is preferred; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also considered.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kolkata and align with the company’s student‑centric values.
