Tele Caller Executive

About the role

Veloris Global is looking for an energetic Tele Caller Executive to join its Sales & Business Development team in Kozhikode. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, qualifying leads and arranging meetings or demos for the sales team. The role suits candidates with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects from provided databases and generated leads.
• Introduce company products and services, clearly communicating their benefits.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and identifying business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow‑up.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant product information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Email communication.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online lead‑generation platforms.
• Experience using customer databases.
