Tele Caller – Customer Service Representative

About the role

The resort is seeking a motivated Tele Caller to be the first point of contact for guests and prospects. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing information about rooms, packages, and facilities while ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries about resort services, room availability, packages, and amenities.
• Follow up with potential guests and leads to convert interest into bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, reservations, and customer details.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments (front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage) to fulfill guest requirements.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in tele‑calling, customer service or a related field (freshers welcome).
• Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑service mindset and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
