Tele Caller – Customer Outreach (Delhi)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to join our team in the Greater Delhi Area. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage with potential and existing customers, presenting our loan and financial products and handling their inquiries with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote loan products.
• Handle inbound queries, providing clear information and assistance.
• Update and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads to support loan processing and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate call records and meet assigned performance targets.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy and patience.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools.
• Target‑driven mindset capable of handling high call volumes.
• Good command of English and local languages spoken in Delhi.
• Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work on‑site full‑time.
