Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology and fintech mandates across APAC.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates, building long‑term talent networks.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and international offices to align hiring objectives.
• Support account management and client delivery as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Background in a recruitment agency, executive search, or specialist staffing environment.
• Proven ability to source and deliver senior technology professionals.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and clients.
• Willingness to expand responsibilities to European and US markets over time.
