Technology Quality Technician

About the role

The Technology Quality Technician ensures that products, components and equipment meet defined specifications through systematic inspections, testing and documentation. Working within the Quality Management System, the role supports continuous improvement and safe execution of manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, sub‑assemblies and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems.
• Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in accordance with approved procedures and standard work.
• Assist in the design, set‑up and maintenance of test fixtures and test plans.
• Document inspection and test results, verify result stability over time and report findings.
• Participate in hazard analysis and risk control reviews for inspection and test activities.
• When authorized, calibrate measurement equipment and ensure measurement repeatability and reproducibility.
• Apply Manufacturing System principles to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and the impact of non‑conformances on equipment performance.
• Ability to follow inspection procedures, standard work and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to document results accurately.
