About the role

The Technical Trainer will lead technology‑focused learning sessions covering AI, Java and Machine Learning. The role involves collaborating with academic partners, managing certification drives, and enabling students through hands‑on training and assessment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual technical training sessions on AI, Java and Machine Learning.
• Coordinate internship programs and evaluate project outcomes.
• Design assessments, curate content and continuously improve course material based on feedback.
• Map curricula with academic institutions to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end program operations, including logistics and reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience delivering technology training.
• Proven experience in curriculum mapping and certification program management.
• Strong ability to assess learner performance and refine training delivery.
• Fluent in Hindi for effective communication with local participants.
