Technical Trainer – Goa

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for our IoT and access‑control product portfolio. Based in Goa, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to keep the training content up‑to‑date and ensure new hires and existing staff acquire the required technical competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver structured learning paths for Software, Firmware, Hardware, QA, Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, training manuals, knowledge‑base articles, videos and assessments.
• Conduct classroom, virtual and hands‑on sessions covering BLE, IoT architecture, cloud platforms, Android & iOS apps, REST APIs, RFID/NFC/Biometric technologies, networking fundamentals and smart‑building solutions.
• Maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and training calendar, and organise workshops, hackathons and knowledge‑sharing events.
• Build certification programmes, evaluate technical competency and track training effectiveness through quizzes and performance metrics.
• Support cross‑functional teams with product demonstrations and technical enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in technical training, engineering enablement or technical education.
• Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, cloud platforms and mobile technologies.
• Experience with access‑control or physical‑security solutions is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
