Technical Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering prompt assistance and ensuring smooth operation of critical IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in‑person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow, Mac Admin, and macOS.
• Configure and manage VPN connections for end‑users.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
• Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technology trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Mac Admin, and macOS.
• Experience configuring and managing VPN solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
