Technical Support Engineer (IT)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high‑quality assistance for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and core IT systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure their hardware and network environments run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and other core IT systems.
• Configure and deploy high‑performance hardware for engineering teams.
• Manage network connectivity, VPNs, and Active Directory access.
• Resolve user tickets efficiently to minimise technical downtime.
• Maintain IT‑related records such as assets, inventory, user access, and software licences.
• Coordinate IT requests and escalate issues to the technical team.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting, including password resets, email setup, and hardware checks.
• Track support tickets and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT technical support or helpdesk role, preferably in the tech sector.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent certifications.
• Strong English communication skills.
