Technical Recruiter – US IT

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead our US IT talent acquisition efforts from our Hyderabad/Bangalore hub. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and leverage advanced sourcing tools to attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall recruiting initiatives, including on‑site, internet, agency, and employee referral sourcing.
• Coordinate with resource managers to meet business hiring needs.
• Post job openings, screen candidates, and track applications in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct pre‑screening and technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies and new recruitment methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
• Participate in cadence calls to ensure smooth candidate progression.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in US IT/Technical recruitment.
• Proven success recruiting for complex US technical roles across networking, infrastructure, cloud, and related domains.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a VMS/MSP‑driven recruitment environment.
