Technical Recruiter

About the role

DoorDash Labs is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support its rapidly expanding India Operations team. Reporting to the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will partner with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and executives to attract and hire top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Labs engineering leaders to source and hire engineers across multiple teams.
• Develop creative engagement and closing strategies with hiring managers.
• Plan and execute large‑scale hiring initiatives, including mass hiring drives and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Influence hiring decisions throughout the recruiting process using data and market insights.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines and use data to guide decisions.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional leadership groups.
• Metrics‑driven mindset and a passion for process improvement.
