Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a confident, self‑driven Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑growing quantum computing company and its AI teams. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for niche technical positions, partner closely with senior technical stakeholders, and ensure a great candidate experience in a high‑pace, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for Quantum Computing, AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, and research roles.
• Partner with VPs, hiring managers, tech leads, and founders to define role requirements and team goals.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, research communities, referrals, and other niche platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates for capability and cultural fit through structured interviews.
• Coordinate interview loops, gather feedback, and drive hiring decisions.
• Manage offers and salary negotiations aligned with market benchmarks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future‑ready roles.
• Track recruitment metrics, keep the ATS clean, and share hiring insights with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced IT, tech, startup, or product environment.
• Proactive, self‑driven go‑getter who can work independently.
• Professional, polished communication and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with company direction.
• Credible understanding of AI fundamentals (deep technical expertise not required).
• Preferred: BE/B.Tech graduate with an MBA, experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, data science, or software engineering.
