About the role

As a Technical Recruiter on Zillow's Talent Acquisition team in India, you will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide market and pipeline insights.
• Build and engage diverse technical talent pipelines through proactive multi‑channel sourcing and thoughtful outreach.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience by guiding candidates through interviews, communicating clearly, and supporting offer discussions.
• Leverage recruiting data and funnel metrics to track progress, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing expertise with multi‑channel outreach to build diverse pipelines.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for AI and staying current with recruiting trends.
