Technical Recruiter – IT & Non‑IT Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions. The role involves both online and offline networking to promote our employer brand, reduce time‑to‑hire, and ensure we attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post clear technical job descriptions.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls to evaluate applicants’ abilities.
• Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs.
• Craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
• Prepare job offer letters and support onboarding of new hires.
• Perform job and task analyses to document duties and requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technological trends and products.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy.
• Experience in internal recruitment and staffing for both IT and non‑IT roles.
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct effective pre‑screening calls.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
