Technical Recruiter – Full-time, On-site in Jaipur

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter to join Zentek Infosoft in Jaipur. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technology positions, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster and Indeed.
• Screen and assess technical candidates for roles in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Full-stack development.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress in an Applicant Tracking System.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting quality and deadline expectations.

Required profile

• 1-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with C2H hiring.
• Proven track record hiring for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Full-stack development positions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 15 days.
