Technical Project Manager – Manufacturing Domain

About the role

You will join a high‑performance Project Delivery team and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that bridge business, operations and IT in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a strong technical foundation gained from experience as an application developer or software engineer, enabling you to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑stakeholder projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and govern projects throughout their lifecycle, managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including business, operations, IT and external vendors—to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical groups, ensuring clear communication and decision‑making.
• Drive project execution using Agile, Hybrid or traditional methodologies as appropriate.
• Support technology‑driven initiatives on modern cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Manage vendor activities and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing large, multi‑stakeholder projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, operations, IT and leadership.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating third‑party vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid or similar project delivery methodologies.
