Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across business, technical, and vendor teams. The role involves planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Organize and participate in project status meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and track action items.
• Monitor project progress, highlight risks, dependencies, and blockers to project managers.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, trackers, reports, and status dashboards.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups and closure of pending items across teams.
• Support preparation of status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Act as a communication bridge between teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience in technical project management or coordination.
• Notice period of 30 days.
• Based in Noida and able to work on‑site.
