Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional engineering programs in the banking and payments space. The role is based in Vadodara and requires hands‑on technical leadership, risk management and strong stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑team engineering programs, including MDES tokenization and wallet initiatives.
• Drive planning, execution and production deployment of digital payment platforms.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery constraints across product, engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical design and delivery execution.
• Promote operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Oversee delivery readiness, support customer onboarding and integration activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce Scrum/SAFe principles.
• Communicate status, risks and progress clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of experience in software development and technical program/project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical programs from inception to closure.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts such as Java, APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern service‑oriented architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and SAFe.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, engineering and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, risk management and coordination skills.
• Experience in payments or financial services is a plus.
