Technical Project Manager – IT Engineering

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex internal and external IT engineering projects for our Panvel office. You will work closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define scope, create detailed plans, and ensure high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, cost and quality objectives are met.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage scope changes, priorities and align them with business goals.
• Track milestones, critical path activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items and follow up on completion.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in technical project management or IT engineering environments.
• B.E / MCA / Engineering diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL).
• Project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Understanding of system architecture, infrastructure and solution design concepts.
