Technical Project Manager – GenAI & Agentic AI (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for clinical operations within a leading life‑sciences organization. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning business objectives, technical strategy, compliance and execution milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, cloud and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Plan, execute and monitor project timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product managers, engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, clinical operations and compliance.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban, track sprint metrics and manage release cycles.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers related to infrastructure, model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, security and regulatory constraints.
• Support AI/ML lifecycle activities such as experimentation, model validation and production readiness.
• Maintain governance, audit readiness and transparent documentation in regulated environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 6+ years of technical project management or IT delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Experience evaluating technical solutions, validating feasibility and managing complex delivery in regulated settings.
