About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of digital channel projects for the Enterprise Factory team in Bangalore. You will work in an agile environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of banking‑focused digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute and monitor digital channel development projects using Scrum ceremonies.
Produce and maintain all required project artefacts, including detailed project and test plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology and operations to guarantee successful delivery.
Allocate tasks, track progress and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project documentation in JIRA and Confluence.

Required profile

15‑18 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in a Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager role.
Graduate degree in any discipline with substantial IT delivery experience.
Proven experience delivering Agile and digital products in the banking domain.
