Technical Project Manager – BFSI (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives in the BFSI domain. The role involves managing medium to large‑scale projects, coordinating distributed teams, and interfacing directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, orchestrate, and deliver operational and IT initiatives on time, within budget and scope.
• Manage the full project life‑cycle, including scope definition, schedule, cost, risk, and change control.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and report progress to leadership.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to align Agile development milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure resource availability.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members.

Required profile

• 12‑18 years of total experience with at least 6 years in project management.
• Strong BFSI domain knowledge, especially in capital markets.
• Proven experience leading technical programs and managing distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex application development projects.
