Technical Program Manager – Mobile

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead mobile‑focused product delivery within our engineering software division. The role will be based in Nashik (or Pune) and will coordinate cross‑functional teams to bring AI‑augmented mobile solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of mobile applications using Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Own the product backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and non‑functional specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA and DevOps to ensure cross‑layer consistency between UX designs, API contracts and specifications.
• Manage dependencies across multiple squads, conduct gap analysis and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tooling for requirement elicitation, story authoring and sprint execution.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Product Owner or senior Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Proven track record delivering mobile applications, preferably with cross‑platform frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, product and technology teams.
• Ability to quickly understand complex domains such as construction or AEC.
