Technical Lead – AVP/VP (Regulatory Reporting Platform)

About the role

Join Delta Capita's Report Hub engineering team to shape a market‑leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with leadership to drive platform evolution, stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad, defining architecture and engineering best practices.
• Design and deliver new regulatory, client and platform enhancements while ensuring production stability.
• Act as the escalation point for complex production incidents and champion cloud‑native development, DevOps, automation and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers, foster a high‑performing culture and collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software/platform engineering or application development.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.
• Strong background in cloud‑native architectures, distributed systems and enterprise application development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure, AKS (Kubernetes), Azure SQL & SQL Server, Azure DevOps.
• .NET / C#, Java / Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices.
• Docker, Terraform, Cosmos DB, Grafana, Dreamio DataLakehouse.
